The OCN offers Employers:
- Credit based Qualifications
- Tailor-made accredited programmes
- Quality Assurance to national standards
Having the right skills in your workforce is essential in today's competitive environment. The OCN works with provider organisations, employers and other agencies to design and develop accredited programmes and qualifications to meet national standards. As you know what skills your employees need, we can work with you so that the content and focus of the learning suit exactly what you need. Programmes can cover all levels of employee from induction to specific skill related programmes and including managerial posts. OCN accreditation is flexible; your programmes can be as short as one day or a longer module, with achievements recorded and certificated at every step along the way.
OCN accreditation can be used to link into and alongside other professional and technical qualifications, for instance, for team working or leadership skills.
OCN Quality Assurance processes provide externality and nationally recognised and comparable certification.
The OCN will work with you to be responsive and innovative. Over 60,000 people annually gain OCN certificates, enhancing their skills and abilities in the workplace and local communities.
