NOCN and OCNYHR have produce a range of resources and information which will support you and your team.

  • read the quality section – what assessors and internal verifiers need to know and to do
• Assessment task front sheet template
  • use this to set out your assessment tasks – so that your learners know what they have to do and why, and how it maps to the units they want to achieve.
  • if you are not  sure how to use this then come on the training ‘Writing appropriate assessment tasks for Credit based learning’
• Internal Verification report templates.
  • Your Centre may have forms which you all use – if you don’t, then you may want to use these – they provide all of the structure and information which we, as the awarding body, need you to provide. They come with the NOCN logo on them – please leave that in place, but also add your own if you wish.
